Almond trees are flourishing, the sweet smells of wet grass and wild flowers are in the air, warm sunshine… yes Spring is here! And you are just about to get married !
A Spring wedding is like a still life of vibrant colours, happiness…Pale pinks and greens come to our mind.
Imagine your wedding dress all embroidered in petit flowers, a lilac and ferns bouquet and a short veil attached to the head with a vintage hairband. The bride´s maids all dressed in pale green with soft pink sashes and small wild flowers bouquets in pink, mauve and green shades. The groom dressed all in cream with a pink waistcoat.
A garden wedding would be perfect. An arch of ivy and roses leading the way into the reception, and all the guests awaiting for the couple with baskets full of colourful flower petals to joyfully receive the newly weds.
Spanish manila shawls in ivory, pink and rose shades to decorate the tables and cream pots with pink azaleas and a cream, thin candle in the middle. Crystal crockery and glasses in a pale green shade. Guests placecards tied around the napkins on their plate.
Amongst the tables different arrangements of flowers in different containers, jars,vases, baskets, pots with the name of each type of flower alongside them and a thank you card asking the guests to pick out the flowers they like and arrange their own bouquet as a wedding favor.

And have you thought of where to hold the dance? Why not arrange a marquese made with colour laces in pale shades, small flowers and lights attached to them, somewhat of a Spring Fair dance with romantic music playing all night long and you and your guests dancing under the moon light.
